Development Academy

Our Player Development Academy gives young players the chance to train like professionals in a structured, fun, and supportive environment. The program is designed to develop all aspects of the game — technical, tactical, physical, and mental — while also introducing players to nutrition, recovery, and media skills to help them grow as complete athletes.

What to Expect

Technical Sessions (On-Field) – Improve ball control, passing, shooting, dribbling, and overall technique.

Tactical Sessions (Classroom & On-Field) – Learn to read the game, understand positions, and apply strategies in practice and matches.

Fitness & Physical Training – Age-appropriate conditioning to enhance speed, agility, strength, and stamina.

Gym Work (Outdoor) – Functional and bodyweight exercises to build resilience and strength safely.

Video Analysis (Classroom) – Review training and match footage to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Recovery Sessions – Stretching, mobility, and light recovery work after matches to prepare the body for the next session.

Nutrition Support – Track growth (height, weight) and provide practical advice on eating, hydration, and recovery.

​

Media & Communication Skills – Fun, creative activities to experience media work like professional players, boosting confidence and presentation skills.
