For individuals who want a more tailored approach, we provide private 1-to-1 coaching, small group training, and specialist goalkeeper development.

We also support ambitious senior players who are looking to take the next step into Gibraltar’s competitive football scene. Through our connections with local clubs, we help arrange trials, offer guidance, and create real opportunities for players to showcase their talent.

Our Story

Football Pathways was created to give players of all ages a clear route to grow, improve, and find opportunities in football.

Our founder has spent years coaching and supporting players in Gibraltar and abroad, helping young athletes develop their technical, tactical, and physical skills in structured environments. Alongside youth coaching, he has also been directly involved in the recruitment and support of senior players moving into the Gibraltar Football League — giving him first-hand experience of what players need to succeed both on and off the pitch.

After years of working across these two areas — player development and player recruitment — the vision for Football Pathways became clear: to create a setup that combines academy-style training for youth, personalized coaching for individuals, and real opportunities for senior players looking to take the next step in their career.

This project has been in the pipeline for years, shaped by experience, passion, and a belief that Gibraltar deserves a football centre that truly prepares players for the demands of the modern game.
